This course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner. Infant, child and adult guidelines are included. The AHA no longer offers Renewal or Update classes. All healthcare providers must take the full training every two years.
This course is the required CPR/AED training for ANYONE in the healthcare field. (Ex. EMTs, nurses, dental assistants, doctors & more all need this course)
NOTE: You are required to have the current 2020 AHA manual with you in class. You may either obtain it on your own or purchase it through HealthPro.
