Part-Time Evening Hybrid Course
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This Evening course is a Hybrid course, all classes consist of skills practice, all didactic work is done by self-led study. This program is designed to give the student the skills and knowledge to function as a working Emergency Medical Technician and to facilitate the passing of the National Registry Exam. The program is intended for those who want to achieve employment as a firefighter, emergency care technician, ambulance attendant, ER tech and more. It is recommended for those participants who are planning to obtain a higher level of medical training such as LVN/RN, PA, and/or paramedic.

BASIC PREREQUISITES
- Must be at least 17 years of age upon enrollment
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Must have all current, required immunizations
- Must possess a current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider card (can be purchased with this course)
- Must be able to pass a background check
