Notes:	You will receive an email from elearning.heart.org with access to the online BLS course. Please complete Online BLS Course, print the certificate of completion prior to coming for skills.

Cost of online Acccess Code and the Skills Sesion is $90.00

This course is AHA accredited and you will receive the same course completion card after completing your skills as you would from taking a traditional instructor-led class.  BLS HeartCode® Part 1 is included in the $80 purchase of an online +  skills session. You must purchase and complete Part 1 on your own prior to your class meeting

There are 3 parts to BLS Online HeartCode: 
1. Part 1 at your home or office: Online modules, simulation and written test completion

2. Parts 2 & 3 will be completed in our education center, skills practice and skills testing. We guarantee a relaxed, friendly learning environment.

HeartCode® BLS uses the latest eSimulation technology to enable students to assess and treat patients in virtual healthcare settings. Utilizing a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities, this course teaches BLS knowledge and skills.  This method of learning provides training consistency, adaptability to different learning styles, and flexibility for the student’s and employer’s time. Students can work at their own pace applying their knowledge to real-time decision making and skills development. Blended training also supports the need for hands-on learning of psychomotor skills. Debriefings and coaching are provided immediately after each simulation.

Students who successfully complete the BLS Course online (including achieving a score of 84% or higher on the course exam) and the hands-on session will receive a BLS Provider course completion card (eCard), valid for two years.
